The overarching goal was to refine the handover process into an efficient, accessible, and smooth experience. By doing so, the aim was to economize on time and cost while simultaneously boosting customer satisfaction levels.

About signing the punch list
After 90% of the punch list is checked, the signature box will appear, but only if major items are also marked.

The apartment owner receives a link where he can sign. The constructor representative receives a notification when signed.
